Holmes Chapel Singers is a mixed ability choir performing interesting, exciting and sometimes challenging music.  It now has around 50 regular singing members.

The choir generally performs three concerts a year, sometimes with an orchestra made up of local musicians including students from local schools and the Royal Northern College of Music. We regularly use professional soloists, often young people starting out on their careers.  Occasionally the choir combines with other similar sized choirs and local schools to perform larger works. Performances take place in many different, welcoming venues, including Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School Theatre and St Luke’s Church, Holmes Chapel .

No auditions are required! The philosophy of the Singers is that the more experienced help those with less, and that everyone enjoys themselves.

8.00 to 10.00pm (with a half-time break!)   

From September 2023 we meet at Holmes Chapel Methodist Church
